Saturday, June 8, 2024 is World Oceans Day

This morning, weather was cloudy but humid. But I needed to get out.

I decided to go to South Coast Plaza, mostly because I needed to buy stronger batteries for my Nanofoamer V2 milk frother that I bought from Sur La Table during the Spring Garden Show event. The frother was 30% off at that time, and I needed a new one. My Target frother was weirdly acting up. I walked across the street to Best Buy to get one, and I decided between two Energizer Lithium batteries because they have their own recharger. I finally decided to buy the cheaper one, even though it takes longer to recharge. It is also good to try it out. I browsed inside the Saks 5th Off and Bloomingdales Outlets, checking out what’s new. I walked back to the main mall and entered through the Macy’s entrance. I picked up some Clinque samples to try out — tinted lip gloss, facial scrub, moisture surge, and lip balm. I continued to walk through the mall and I noticed Ted Baker boutique is having its closing sale. Everything is 30% to 50% off. I browsed inside for a while. I didn’t need anything, but it was still expensive anyway. I went inside Bloomingdales to sample their Nespresso ice coffee with coconut. It was OK, but I prefer hot coffee because hot drinks are cozier. I noticed a pop-up store for Gentle
