September is Indian Summer
I walked out of the gym at 12:30pm into humid 91-degree weather. The heat has arrived at southern California in September. I drove straight home with the music blasting on K-Earth 101 nostalgic oldies, reminding me of my teen and college years.
In Irvine, California, just five miles away, the temperature is 99 degrees. I am staying inside today until the evening book meetup, which the temperature will cool down to 75 degrees.
I went to the book meetup at six. I am still reading the same book because I only read at the meetup.

After my morning gym workout, I walked out the gym in humid and stuffy weather. I arrived home, straight into my garage and enjoyed a tall glass of water with ice and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. I turned on the computer to noticed Irvine temperature is 103 degrees, but very humid and without a breeze or any air movement. I am sure it is much hotter in LA area. I enjoyed drinking my cold water while waiting for my steamed veggies in my Instant Pot.
