Today is another workout day, from morning gym workout to evening walking meetup. 14 people and four dogs showed up for this evening’s walking meetup, hiking the Turtle Rock residential area toward the base of Suicide Hill. The weather was nice, breezy and warm. I felt energized, walking ahead of the group. I was even skipping fast over the steps toward Suicide Hill. I ended up walking 3.9 miles and 10501 steps as well as 19 floors.

Today, I decided to go to Petco because Toby needed catfood. They were out of stock of lots of items. But they said they will get new shipment tomorrow. I bought enough for this summer anyway.
