Sampled Pilates Reformer Machine

I decided to check out a new Pilates studio that opened up in my neighborhood. This evening, I got to sample thirty minutes of the reformer machine to get an idea if I wanted to take Pilates machine classes. I have done many Yoga and Pilates mat classes in the past.
