At around 9:30 am, I drove to the South Coast Metro gym for my morning workout. Since the weather felt chilly this morning, I went straight to the steam room and sauna for around 10 minutes, soaking up the steam to naturally steam my face before sitting in the sauna for another 10 minutes. It is turning out to be a meditative and relaxing morning ritual in preparation for my workout.
