Mount High West Trail in Hong Kong

I went to the gym at nine in the morning, relaxed in the steam room and sauna for 20 minutes before going on the treadmill. I decided to walk the High West in Hong Kong trail on the treadmill. This 3.10-mile treadmill trail was 46 minutes and 44 seconds long, and I burned 569 calories. I didn’t adjust the ramp incline, even though it seemed hilly from -3 to 17.
