Today, I decided to go to South Coast Plaza and OCMA. The OCMA displayed fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent’s fashions on solid black mannequins as well as some of his fashion sketches. It was interesting to check out because I have always enjoyed doing my own fashion sketches for fun, but I have my own drawing style. I checked out other artwork at the museum before walking over the Unity Bridge to South Coast Plaza mall. I walked there a little, checking out what’s new. there were some sales, but I just browsed and people-watched. I decided to leave at five. I walked 2.4 miles and 6975 steps as well as two floors.
When I returned home, I was thirsty. I drank my last bottle of raw kombucha, trilogy flavor. Words of Enlightenment for today is “MY HEART IS OPEN, MY INTENTIONS ARE PURE. MY VISION IS CLEAR, MY DECISIONS ARE SURE.”
Sunday, July 7, 2024 is Chocolate Day.
I started my day with of cup of cacao, with some cacao chips and vegan almond milk.
