This morning, I went to the gym for a workout. After a couple of minutes inside the steam room and sauna, I went on the treadmill and walked the Haleakala Run in Maui, Hawaii. This treadmill trail had a video of the dormant volcano, nature, and busy area. I noticed many cyclists, as well as cars, motorcycles, and a camper on this narrow, two-way street.
