After my morning gym workout, I returned home and worked on different things until four. I then decided to take a break and go on a local walking meetup. At six, I walked across the street to the UCI meetup. Fifteen people and four dogs showed up. I was often walking ahead, as usual. I soon noticed three other women wanted to walk fast, as well, because the others in the group were walking too slow. All of the sudden, we took our own detour because we weren’t sure where the rest were going on the walk. We arrived early at the UTC, waiting for the rest. We noticed one man return by himself because he didn’t want to walk anymore. He said that the others walked in the other direction. We decided to return home and not wait.

I checked my walking activity on my iPhone to notice that I walked 4.3 miles in two hours. I was thirsty when I returned home. I ate some veggies and plums because they were juicy.

I decided to take a break from my gym workout. For one thing, I need to do some errands. The sun came out at ten in the morning. Today turned out to be another errand day. I had to go to Rite Aid to get something, before I went to Trader Joes for some groceries.
